Trade support
Safe and Vault Support for Locksmiths and Security Firms
General locksmithing and safe engineering are different disciplines. When a job turns out to be a safe, a vault or a mechanism outside your usual range, escalating it is a better outcome than learning on someone else's unit.
- Over forty years in the trade
- Non-destructive methods first
- Direct to the engineer, not a call centre
- Safe, vault and strongroom specialists
- Covering Dorset, Hampshire and Wiltshire
How trade work is handled
Your Client Stays Your Client
Trade attendance is a subcontract. The relationship, the invoice and the follow-on work remain yours, and the engineer attends on your behalf rather than in competition with you.
- On-site escalation. Attendance alongside you, or in your place, on a unit that has gone beyond the intended scope.
- Diagnostic advice by phone. Frequently the make, model and symptom are enough to tell you whether the job is recoverable and what it will take.
- Safes, vaults and strongrooms. Key, dial, electronic and time locks, including units no longer supported by their manufacturer.
- No approach to your client. Work is not solicited from a client introduced through trade escalation.
Speak to the engineer
Escalate a Job
Describe the unit and the symptom. In many cases a short conversation is enough to establish whether attendance is needed at all.
One number reaches the engineer who will attend. There is no call centre and no subcontracting.
